Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs. This role involves customer service, technical support, and sales interactions, supporting hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve issues, sell products, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally.
  2. Achieve first call resolution through effective problem-solving.
  3. Research and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  4. Document and process claims accurately.
  5. Use knowledge base and training to answer questions following scripts and policies.
  6. Protect confidential and personal information.
  7. Escalate issues when necessary.
  8. Participate in meetings and training to stay updated.
  9. Maintain attendance and work schedule adherence.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Reliable with good attendance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Customer-oriented with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year in customer service or related fields.
  • Experience in a contact center environment.
Conditions of Employment
