Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily call volume and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction across channels (phone, email, written).
• Meet QA requirements and other performance metrics.
• Ability to learn new computer systems and tools.
