• 1+ year in a customer-facing role with strong service.
• Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Comfort handling live contacts in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with clear case documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset to investigate issues and follow policy.
• Emotional intelligence when dealing with upset customers.
• Basic technical proficiency across multiple systems and CRM tools.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools to enhance workflows.
