Alphanumeric is hiring a bilingual customer care specialist to support one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. This remote role is based in Portugal and offers high-volume, empathetic service in English and French across patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

You will handle inquiries, report adverse events and product quality concerns, and maintain detailed CRM notes. Comes with 40-hour weeks, full equipment, and structured 3-week training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French proficiency required.
• Pharma/biotech call center experience preferred (2+ years).
• Remote home-office role based in Portugal with 40 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails regarding product and general inquiries.
• Identify and report potential Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
• Document case notes in the CRM and assist with temperature excursion inquiries.
