Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a customer service focused agent to help consumers resolve their accounts from a home-based setting in Florida.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, explain options, document interactions, and aim to meet daily performance goals with coaching support. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a friendly, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style.

$17/hour + Monthly Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
