BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote patient accounts specialist to assist individuals with understanding their balances and arranging payment options.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule, full-time status, and a starting pay of $17 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities. The position emphasizes compassionate communication, accuracy in documentation, and meeting performance goals with coaching support.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsabilidades

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)

What You’ll Do:

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.

Requirements

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
