Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator (VCE) to provide remote disease state and product education to patients and care partners across the United States. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves web-based and telephone education and training for a specific respiratory product.

The VCE will support development of TA educational resources, maintain high-quality patient interactions, and participate in training programs.

Qualifications

• RN license required; US healthcare professional license.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information clearly in both languages.
• 3+ years of clinical/pharma sales/educator/medical affairs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote education and training to patients prescribed client product via web and phone.
• Educate English- and Spanish-speaking patients, caregivers, and care partners in a culturally appropriate manner.
• Attend required trainings and competency assessments.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify educational opportunities and share insights with leadership.
• Possibly conduct in-person education if business permits.
• Support resource development for product education.
