We are seeking full-time bilingual call center representatives to support various projects. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues, building customer relationships, identifying needs, and upselling products and services. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously and professionally
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Use systems to manage accounts and document claims accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Escalate issues appropriately
• Attend training and meetings to stay updated

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience with data entry and computer use
