Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for full-time bilingual call center representatives to support various projects. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues, building customer relationships, identifying needs, and upselling products and services. Candidates should be problem solvers committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish
  • Use systems to manage accounts and document claims accurately
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Achieve first call resolution
  • Participate in training and meetings
  • Adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience with data entry and computer use
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Reliable high-speed internet (20Mbps+)
  • Strong communication and typing skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Conditions & Benefits
