Position Overview

We are looking for full-time bilingual call center representatives to support projects for various clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, building customer relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
