Position Overview

We are looking for full-time bilingual call center representatives to support various projects. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, build customer relationships, identify needs, and upsell products and services. Candidates should be problem solvers committed to excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Use systems to manage accounts and document claims accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• Use knowledge base to answer questions
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Escalate issues appropriately
• Aim for first call resolution
• Participate in training and meetings
• Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements

Candidate Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience with data entry and computer use

• High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
