Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Residence in California with ability to attend in-person training in four regions
• Experience supervising in-home ABA programs for children

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-home ABA programs for kids while working remotely
• Provide supervision and training to technicians and staff
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to manage caseloads
• Attend occasional in-person trainings as needed
