Job summary
BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, create and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.
Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to effectively serve a diverse client population. The role offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible scheduling and opportunities for licensure expansion through the LBA
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
