Job summary

My Hero VA, a virtual assistant staffing agency, is seeking a remote sales associate to drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and book appointments for clients.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM Colombia time, fully remote from Colombia, with bilingual English and Spanish proficiency and a disciplined, independent work style. Compensation includes base pay of $800/month plus $100 per sale and performance bonuses with OTE of $1,200-$1,500/month.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong vocabulary.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Actively make outbound calls to provided leads.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule school visits.
• Complete daily appointment setting and administrative tasks.
