Mental Health Matters, LLC is seeking a remote Admin contractor to support our growing practice that serves personal injury clients. This 1099 role focuses on communication with law firms, managing case statuses, and maintaining accurate records with care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, tech‑savvy, and able to handle calls and emails on a fast-moving schedule from home during EST hours, with equipment requirements including a laptop, two monitors, and a headset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and another language.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Experience in customer service or admin support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with law firms to obtain case statuses by phone or email.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.
• Answer main line calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Update case information in Google Sheets.

Mental Health Matters, LLC, is a healthcare services specifically catered to victims with personal injury cases. We provide red carpet/white glove medical & therapy services to a variety of clients that have legal representation.

We are fully remote! This is a 1099 contract position. We are looking for someone interested in joining our vastly evolving Admin team!

Hours of operations M-F 9-6 EST with rotating on call weekends.

Requirements

• A laptop with camera
• Minimum of two screens
• Headset
• Bilingual

Duties

• - communication (phone & email) with law firms to obtain case statuses
