The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist II to transform decision-making by delivering timely, accurate reports and dashboards across the organization.

You will translate business questions into insights, develop KPIs, and partner with stakeholders in a mission-driven environment including healthcare and higher education, with remote work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, information systems, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience with data, reporting tools, spreadsheets, databases, or analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring reports providing insight into performance and outcomes.
• Analyze trends and summarize findings to support planning and decision making.
• Produce regular reports supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to refine metrics and align reporting with priorities.
• Support KPI development and data-driven recommendations.
