• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business analytics, data analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Experience with data, reporting tools, databases, or analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports that provide insight into business performance and program outcomes.
• Analyze trends and summarize findings to support planning and decision-making.
• Produce regular reports that support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams to refine metrics and ensure reporting aligns with changing priorities.
• Partner with Product Management to analyze user behavior and outcomes to support roadmap planning.
• Support KPI development and documentation for product performance and engagement.
