Everforth Apex is seeking a Business Intelligence Solutions Developer 3 to join a remote team focused on migrating a healthcare data platform to Databricks. You will port and support reporting solutions, converting Transact-SQL logic to Databricks SQL, and collaborate with analysts and engineers on agile sprint teams.

You’ll handle substantial development workload with limited ramp-up time, while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards during testing and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field preferred.
• 4+ years of database development experience required (max 10 years).
• Experience writing SQL queries in Transact-SQL and Databricks SQL; Power BI experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing Power BI solutions to use data in Databricks.
• Convert Transact-SQL logic to Databricks SQL.
• Support remaining Databricks migration workload over a six-month engagement.
• Collaborate on agile sprint teams with analysts, developers, and data engineers.
• Participate in design and code reviews; ensure testing and data privacy standards.
