Job summary

National General Holdings Corp. is seeking an experienced Adjuster with a background in Bodily Injury and Homeowners Liability claims. This role handles a variety of complex auto, injury, and property claims and provides exposure to subrogation, litigation, and high-level investigation.

You'll collaborate with seasoned professionals, review policy language, negotiate settlements, and support customers through challenging circumstances. Litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required
• Ability to manage complex auto and homeowners claims
• Familiarity with subrogation and litigation processes

Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential for complex cases
• Applies advanced understanding of policies and relationships within the company
• Handles investigations of all aspects of complex auto claims with discretion
• Reviews and negotiates moderate to complex injury claims when applicable
• Recognizes vehicle parts and potential property damage
• Identifies customer needs and delivers appropriate service
