Job summary

Luza is seeking a BI Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, translating business requirements into KPIs and actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust BI solutions and ensure data quality across ETL/ELT processes.

Applicants should have 3+ years in BI or data analytics, strong Power BI, DAX, SQL skills, and a solid understanding of cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree-based qualification with 3+ years in BI or data analytics.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modelling skills.
• Experience with cloud data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with accuracy and performance.
• Build and optimize data models and DAX measures per business needs.
• Develop SQL queries and support ETL/ELT processes for data extraction and validation.
• Contribute to Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes ensuring data quality.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Optimize BI solutions and reporting performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Document data models, KPIs, and BI solutions per established standards.
