Job summary

Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) seeks an experienced Reporting and BI specialist to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions for Enterprise Asset Management, ERP, and other data-intensive systems. You will primarily build reports and dashboards, with data analysis, requirements gathering, query development, testing, and documentation.

Based in Chelsea, MA, with a salary between $91,420 and $134,454 per year and a standard 8:00 am–4:00 pm schedule, this position may offer

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
At least five years IT experience including three years' IT development with enterprise apps (Infor CloudSuite Birst, IBM Maximo BIRT, SAP, or Crystal Reports).
Experience developing SQL queries, views, stored procedures, triggers and functions; BI dashboards and reports.
ITIL Foundation v3 Certification is required or must obtain within twelve months.
Position may be eligible for telework up to 50% of the work week.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains reports and BI objects such as dashboards and other data visualizations.
Gathers business requirements and translates them into reporting specifications.
Creates complex SQL statements and data relationships.
Uses ETL and data management tools to prepare data for reporting sources.
Coordinates report deployments with sponsors and MIS staff.
