Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Workday Business Intelligence Manager to lead the reporting strategy within People Analytics. You will own dashboards, data models, governance, and BI infrastructure across Workday, Prism, and downstream tools.

The role requires 8–10+ years in BI and data analytics, strong SQL, data warehousing, and leadership skills, with hybrid onsite days in Somerville, MA and collaboration with IT/EDW teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 8–10+ years of BI and data analysis experience.
• Strong data modeling, warehousing, and SQL skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik; Workday BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI team including analysts and developers.
• Define reporting architecture across Workday, Prism, and downstream tools.
• Own data models, metrics, and dashboards for enterprise workforce data.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and user adoption.
