Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer I for the ETS Analytics and AI Data team. This role supports remote work in allowed states and focuses on creating and testing Epic-based reporting and analytics assets.

You will work with end users to design content, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to a robust analytics catalog. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–3 years of analytics experience, with certifications in Cogito within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-3 years of analytics experience required; healthcare IT preferred.
• Cogito Fundamentals and Cogito Tools Administration certifications required within months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement reporting content and analytics assets (Epic data extracts).
• Develop content to display Epic data in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Distribute analytics content to data consumers and educate end users.
• Understand data needs with SMEs and translate into actionable analytics content.
• Maintain analytics catalog and metadata records; collaborate with end users on requests.
