Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will work with dashboards, reports, KPIs, data visualizations, and leading BI platforms to provide accurate, practical feedback that helps train next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing dashboards, refining dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks, and testing AI agents in analytics workflows while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience validating dashboards, reports, KPIs and data visualizations.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
• Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Review dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations for accuracy.
• Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
• Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
• Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
• Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
• Document findings and provide structured feedback.
• Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
