Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to review, validate, and enhance AI-powered analytics workflows remotely. You will work with dashboards, KPIs, data visualizations, and leading BI platforms to provide precise feedback that trains next‑gen AI systems.

You will validate data sources, metrics, and reporting logic, and test AI agents in analytics workflows, delivering structured recommendations for improving BI integrations with cloud and workplace tools.

Qualifications

Experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization to drive actionable insights.
Hands-on experience validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.

Responsibilities

Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Document findings and provide structured feedback.
Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
