Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will review dashboards, KPIs, data sources, and reporting logic to ensure accuracy and provide actionable feedback for training next-generation AI systems.

You will build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks, validate integrations with Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce, and document

Qualifications

Experience with BI, analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
Hands-on experience building or validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.
Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace and cloud-based systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail when reviewing data, calculations, and business metrics.

Responsibilities

Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Document findings and provide structured feedback.
Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
