Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote-based Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert (contractor) to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will review dashboards, KPIs, reports, and data visualizations to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

You will build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks, verify data sources and logic, and provide structured feedback to help train next-generation AI systems. Remote-friendly engagement.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
Hands-on experience building or validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.
Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace and cloud-based systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail when reviewing data, calculations, and business metrics.

Responsibilities

Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Document findings and provide structured feedback.
Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
