Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to remotely evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will review dashboards, validate KPIs, and ensure data accuracy across BI platforms while providing practical feedback to train next-generation AI systems.

In this contractor role, you will work with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and other tools, analyze data sources, and document findings for actionable insights and continuous improvement in analytics

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, analytics, reporting or data visualization.
• Hands-on experience building or validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
• Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace and cloud-based systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
• Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
• Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
• Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
• Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document findings and provide structured feedback.
• Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
