Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will review dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations to provide actionable feedback that helps train next-generation AI systems.

As a remote contractor, you will build and validate dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks, verify data sources and calculations, and document findings for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven BI, analytics, reporting, or data visualization experience.
• Hands-on experience validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
• Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
• Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
• Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
• Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
• Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document findings and provide structured feedback.
• Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
