Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will review dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations, and work with leading BI platforms to provide practical feedback that helps train next-generation AI systems.

Qualifications

Experience in BI, analytics, reporting or data visualization.
Hands-on dashboard building and validation.
Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
Experience using generative AI or AI agents in workflows.
Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace and cloud systems.

Responsibilities

Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
Build or refine dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and others.
Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic.
Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for insights.
Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics.
Document findings and provide structured feedback.
Evaluate BI integrations with Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
