Job summary

PrePass, a leading toll management and weigh-station bypass platform, seeks a BI Analyst to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making across the company. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand goals and deliver meaningful insights.

This primarily remote role includes occasional visits to the downtown Phoenix office, directly across from Footprint Center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BI/Data Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on Power BI reports and semantic models with DAX.
• Intermediate SQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window funcs).
• Ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide detailed quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting, applying statistical methods where appropriate.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in tolling, bypass, device, and customer data.
• Respond to ad-hoc report and data requests submitted through the BI service desk across multiple business areas.
• Document reports, metric definitions, and data lineage in Confluence.
