Job summary

Ascend Healthcare Inc. seeks a BHMP Team Lead to provide direct patient care within the Ascend model and manage a team of BHMPs at a designated site. You will balance clinical duties with leadership tasks, driving quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

You will oversee performance, support onboarding, conduct bi-annual evaluations, and help shape policy and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in clinical settings.
• Experience in psychiatry care delivery and care coordination.
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with 85% clinical focus and 15% administrative duties.
• Oversee BHMP team performance, scheduling, and documentation timeliness.
• Lead onboarding and professional development for BHMPs; drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to optimize interdisciplinary workflows.
• Support policy development and quality assurance initiatives.
