Job summary

SOLV Energy is looking for a BESS Engineer II to support the design and implementation of battery energy storage systems. This fully remote role will require collaboration with various engineering teams to ensure project success while adhering to industry standards.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The compensation range is $90,000.00 - $112,506.00 along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical engineering experience with focus on BESS, renewables, or power systems.
• Knowledge of optimization of battery energy storage systems.
• Experience supporting solar, BESS, power, or civil/site projects.

Responsibilities

• Review the design and engineering of battery energy storage systems.
• Manage Engineers of Record and third-party engineering partners.
• Provide technical oversight during procurement.
