Job summary

Peter’s Place is seeking a Part-time Program Facilitator to support our community programs both onsite and throughout the region. The role reports to the Director of Programs and requires 20–25 hours per week with occasional in-person work at the Radnor office.

Primary duties include facilitating grief support groups for children, developing curricula, and building partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse audiences.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) capability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-school and onsite peer support groups for grieving children aged 4–18.
• Attend weekly supervision with the Director of Programs.
• Develop and present training sessions for schools and community professionals.
• Create curriculum and activities for school-based groups.
• Maintain records, administer mileage and expenses, and assist with marketing materials.
