Job summary

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method, seeks a Benefits Coordinator to join its HR team in a hybrid Boca Raton setting. You will handle benefits enrollment, open enrollment events, and life events while liaising with brokers and vendors.

The role emphasizes compliance and employee education. You will process requests in HRIS systems, audit invoices, and support wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration for companies with 500+ employees.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and coordinate employees in benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.).
• Ensure benefits eligibility is accurate and up to date; process life events, hires, and terminations in benefits systems.
• Reconcile benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions and educate employees on options and costs.
• Maintain benefits data in HRIS; run reports related to enrollment and costs; ensure data accuracy.
