Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to explain program requirements and services.

• Proficiency in reviewing hour and wage reports.
• Ability to document and verify employer requests.
• Ability to collect and review necessary data.
• Ability to perform various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation pathway from frontline employer assistance workstreams via electronic and telephonic inquiries.
• Assist and advise third-party employer agents in reporting obligations and premium payments.
• Provide excellent customer service on high-volume communications.
• Detect and resolve complex account management issues related to PFML and WA Cares.
• Adjudicate small business grant applications and determine grant payments.
• Assist employers in understanding the small business grants program.
• Report potential employer account fraud per compliance regulations.
• Process all case actions per RCW, WAC and ESD policies.
