Qualifications

• Three plus years of employee benefits industry experience.
• Excellent verbal, writing and listening skills and the ability to multitask and organize.
• Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on Voluntary Benefit products and carriers.
• Articulate and communicate value proposition and differentiators.
• Lead system demonstrations in sales meetings.
• Assist with contract/SoW creation and execution.
