Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Revenue and Benefits Support Consultant to assist NEC customers, leveraging knowledge of Revenues and Benefits software. The role involves liaising with development and product teams to improve our software and drive customer satisfaction.

A background in Revenues or Benefits and ITIL/SQL skills are advantageous, with remote work possible after initial training in the Bracknell office.

Qualifications

• ITIL v3 Foundation certificate is desirable.
• SQL knowledge is required or preferred.
• Experience with Revenues/Benefits software is beneficial.
• Candidates must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, application support, usage advice and guidance to NEC customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of application environments and resolve issues.
• Understand customer contracts and ensure incidents are resolved within SLA commitments.
• Identify opportunities for revenue generation through additional services and solutions.
