Agent Alliance is hiring representatives to remotely consult with individuals about supplemental benefits and family protection options. You will explain plan choices, schedule Zoom meetings, and tailor benefit packages to each client’s needs.

Successful reps are strong communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized, with an entrepreneurial mindset and team-player attitude. Flexible, remote work with potential bonuses in the first year.

Qualifications

• Ability to schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with members.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals requesting information on offered benefits
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members
• Customize and adjust benefit plans to fit client needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments
• Respond to questions/concerns and ensure documentation is accurate
• Provide required updates and updates on schedule
• Support with medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance
• Advise on company stock options; participate in bonuses
• Offer flexible work schedule including remote options
