Aon plc is seeking a skilled benefits professional to oversee RFP and renewal transactions for local client teams in the U.S. You will analyze terms, pricing, and vendor offers, peer review deals, and collaborate with analysts and client teams to deliver value. You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to strategy on U.S.

Qualifications

• Life & Health license required
• Benefit consulting or benefit management experience required
• Strong project management discipline and experience leading projects independently
• Professional approach and strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong product and technical knowledge; specific (but not limited to) Medical and Stop Loss employee benefits
• Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines

Responsibilities

• Oversees RFP and renewal transactions on behalf of local client teams
• Analyses terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors on behalf of clients
• Peer reviews RFP and renewal transactions for U.S. Broking colleagues
• Works closely with supporting analysts, vendors, specialty groups, and client teams to deliver client value through consistent deliverables
• Consults as subject matter expert to develop and drive the strategy and approach of U.S. Broking benefits
• Subject matter expert to answer market trend and product questions from the field
• Mentors and trains junior colleagues within the practice
