Job summary

Agent Alliance is hiring for a role that involves contacting individuals who want more information on our benefit offerings and scheduling Zoom consultations to tailor plans to each family’s needs.

You will build and maintain client relationships, handle benefit reviews, and provide responsive support. The position offers weekly pay with bonuses and the possibility to work from home, with offices available for those who prefer in-person work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and well organized.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with scheduling Zoom meetings and client outreach.
• Experience with benefits or insurance a plus

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on the benefits offered.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members.
• Customize benefit plans to fit each client’s current needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Respond to and resolve client questions regarding benefits.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
