CRC Benefits, an industry-leading benefits services provider, seeks a BenAdmin Specialist to manage day-to-day BenAdmin operations and vendor connections. You will own end-to-end setup, serve as the primary liaison among vendors, carriers, clients, and CRC Benefits, and guide partners with timely responses.

The role requires 2+ years in Benefits Administration support (EDI or API integration) and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in supporting Benefits Administration and EDI or API integration.
• Minimum 2 years of Benefits Administration technology experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end setup of carrier and vendor connections and post-production support.
• Act as liaison between BenAdmin vendor, carrier, client, and CRC Benefits.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner and provide guidance to internal/external partners.
• Resolve data discrepancies between the carrier and vendors.
• Investigate root causes and implement enhancements to improve client experience.
• Support vendor partner connections and assist with documentation.
• Coordinate with partners to handle support requests and answer routine questions.
• Become a subject matter expert with BenAdmin vendors and CRC Benefits technology.
• Stay updated with new features and processes for vendors and technology.
• Occasional travel up to 20% and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
