Job summary

CRC Group, through CRC Benefits, seeks a BenAdmin Specialist to manage day-to-day BenAdmin support operations and vendor connections. You will serve as the first point of contact between vendors, carriers, clients, and CRC Benefits, guiding internal and external partners with timely responses.

The role requires minimum 2 years in Benefits Administration support/technology, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication in fast-paced environments. On-site work in Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 2 years in supporting Benefits Administration support, including EDI or API integration.
• Minimum 2 years of Benefits Administration technology experience.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end setup of carrier and vendor connection and post-production support.
• Serve as liaison between BenAdmin vendor, carrier, client, and CRC Benefits.
• Provide timely guidance to internal and external partners.
• Resolve data discrepancies between carrier and vendors.
• Investigate root causes of discrepancies and implement enhancements.
• Support vendor partner connections.
• Contribute to special operations projects.
• Maintain documentation to grow process materials.
• Coordinate and communicate with partners to handle support requests.
• Answer routine client and internal partner questions.
• Become a subject matter expert with our BenAdmin vendors and CRC Benefits tech.
• Stay updated with new features and processes for vendors and technology.
