Job summary

Remo Health, Inc. seeks a remote Outpatient Neurologist (WA licensed) to lead dementia and cognitive disorders care within a dyad-focused, startup-style platform.

You will supervise an interdisciplinary team including Neurologists, Geriatricians, and care navigators, while advancing a digital, innovative care model for patients and family caregivers. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, program development, and expanding to new markets, with MD/DO credentials and a WA license.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neurology (ABPN) and completed ACGME neurology residency.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state including Washington state (multi-state licenses preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor multidisciplinary care team members to deliver high value, empathetic patient care.
• Identify areas of improvement in the care model and technical platform to enhance dyad outcomes and provider experience.
• Develop and maintain a curriculum of regular educational opportunities for clinical providers (e.g., case conferences, guest lectures).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate care philosophy into functional clinical requirements for internal tools and patient-facing interfaces.
