Job summary

Remo Health, Inc. is seeking a remote Behavioral Neurologist to lead a dyad-focused dementia program. You will evaluate cognitive disorders, coordinate longitudinal care, and collaborate with neurologists, geriatricians, nurses, social workers, and pharmacists.

You report to the Medical Director, participate in hiring/training, and help scale care across markets while maintaining high medical standards and patient-centred decision making.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neurology by ABPN.
• 5+ years of clinical practice focusing on older adults with cognitive disorders.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (WA/OR/ID/OH preferred).
• Fellowship in behavioral neurology or extensive dementia expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-value patient care.
• Stay current with dementia care research and translate into care pathways.
• Provide oversight of the interdisciplinary team with geriatric expertise as needed.
• Identify improvements to the care model and technical platform to raise quality and satisfaction.
• Contribute to program evaluation, KPIs, and population health initiatives.
• Collaborate on clinical education for providers, including conferences and lectures.
