Job summary

Remo Health, Inc. is seeking a remote physician (MD or DO) with geriatric/dementia expertise to lead comprehensive assessments and longitudinal care for patient-caregiver dyads.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team including neurologists, geriatricians, care navigators, RNs, NPs, social workers, and pharmacists in a fast-growing digital health startup. You will drive clinical quality, develop care pathways, and mentor the team while aligning medical decisions with family-centered goals.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM).
• Geriatric Medicine certification from ABIM or CAQ from ABFM.
• 5+ years of clinical practice with an active medical license in at least one state.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary care teams.
• Experience educating families and other clinical providers.
• Comfort working in a remote-first environment with asynchronous tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor multidisciplinary care team members to deliver high value, empathetic patient care.
• Stay current with dementia care research and translate into team practice, including social determinants of health, fall risk, and high-risk medications.
• Provide oversight of the interdisciplinary team and staffing questions requiring geriatric expertise.
• Identify improvements in care model and technical platform to enhance care quality and dyad outcomes.
• Develop metrics for dyad outcomes, clinician satisfaction, and care model improvements; drive population health initiatives.
• Collaborate to deliver KPI targets and education opportunities for clinical providers.
