Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in the United States. As a 1099 contractor you will provide telehealth LMHC/Licensed therapists to clients in Washington, with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload.

You’ll be paid $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit. Admin tasks like billing, claims, and EHR management are handled by Rula so you can focus on sessions and notes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC (WA).
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington for telehealth.
• Able to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to WA clients.
• Complete client notes in the EHR after each session.
• Maintain professional standards and HIPAA compliance.
