Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to provide telehealth behavioral health services in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and do not have minimum caseloads.

You will focus on delivering high-quality care while Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance enrollment. Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and no-show/late cancellation protections.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW or LMHC license in good standing.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington state to practice.
• Must be able to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the EHR.
• Coordinate with the Rula team for referrals and scheduling.
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health care while upholding clinical standards.
