Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to offer behavioral health services via telehealth. Join as a 1099 contractor in Washington with flexible scheduling, no minimum caseload, and comprehensive admin support including billing, claims and EHR management.

You will deliver LMHC sessions at $80 per 53-minute/hourly session, with guaranteed biweekly payments and no-show protections. The role emphasizes autonomy, credentialing support, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI available.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth behavioral health therapy to individuals, couples and families.
• Maintain client notes and EHR documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate with insurance and billing support as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical learning.
