Job summary

Humana is seeking a remote Utilization Management Behavioral Health Professional 2 in Indiana. The role requires an active RN license in Indiana, an ASN (BSN preferred), and 1+ year of clinical and managed care experience.

You will coordinate with providers and members to ensure optimal care, interpret policies, and follow established guidelines while enjoying a remote work setup with travel as needed. The position offers a 40-hour work week, a pay range of $65,000–$88,600 with bonus eligibility

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana and eligible to practice.
• Minimum 1 year post-degree clinical experience in patient care.
• Minimum 1 year of managed care experience.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with providers, members, or other parties to facilitate optimal care and treatment.
• Interpret criteria, policies, and procedures to provide the best and most appropriate treatment, care or services.
